Terms & Conditions

Debegoods sells exclusively to businesses purchasing for resale or business use. We do not sell to consumers.

Trade accounts are subject to approval. To qualify you must provide:

• Legal business name, address, and contact information.
• Any documentation we reasonably request to verify your business.

We may suspend or close accounts that provide inaccurate information or fall past due.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude taxes and freight unless noted. Orders are binding once confirmed in writing by Debegoods and are subject to product availability.

New accounts pay in advance. Approved accounts may receive Net 30 terms. Past-due balances may accrue a late charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) and may result in order holds.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed. Shortages or visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours.

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debegoods is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim. Products are sold with only the manufacturer’s warranties, if any.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
